Ingredients
2 Pork Butts, Cut 2″ thick (720357)
4 Cups Chicken Broth (242040)
1 Cup Oregano (264256)
6 Garlic Cloves, Crushed (510345)
2 Tablespoons Thyme (264404)
1 Bay Leaf (264053)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (226137)
1 Cup Orange Juice (450113)
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder (264161)
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder (264097)
1 Tablespoon Cumin (264113)
Kosher Salt (264715)
Oil to Brown Pork (256511)
Salsa for Garnish (216101)
Cilantro (510324)
Chopped Onion (540010)

Instructions                                                                                                                                  Salt the pork, then brown in oil. Place meat in deep roaster. Cover with broth, orange juice, garlic, and spices.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until pork starts to shred. Drain off liquid and cool. Shred the pork, removing any excess fat. Be sure to save some broth for reheating.

To serve, heat pork in reserved broth. Fill a taco shell with shredded pork and top with garnish of cilantro, finely chopped onion, and your favorite salsa!
