Customer Spotlight: Copperhead Grille

Copperhead Grille is the evolution of the sports bar. With two locations, one in Allentown and one in Center Valley, both have a diverse selection of over fifty beers and an extensive menu of American fare. Both locations strive to showcase the best of sports and a wide variety of music. The restaurants are proudly owned and operated by cousins Michael L. Dontas (“Junior”) and Michael P. Dontas (“Senior”).

In addition to a happy hour Monday through Friday and a special on late night apps, Copperhead Grille also has a number of different weekly specials.  Diners can stop by for ritas and fajitas on Tuesday, wings on Wednesday, ribs on Thursday, and drink specials all weekend long. On their daily menu, start things off right with a tasty appetizer like buffalo crab dip or mile high nachos. Their main events feature something for everyone, like baby pack pork ribs, Yuengling-battered fish & chips, and much more. There’s also a full range of MVP sandwiches, all-star burgers, and “field of greens” salads. Their seasonal features are not to be missed either, with apps, entrees and desserts all crafted based on seasonal items.
