What do you like most about your job?
The people I work with. It’s never a boring day.
How has your role evolved over the years? What was your initial role?
I started off in the meat room doing ground beef and moved up from there. I worked in the warehouse for 2 years, then went back to the meat room as lead and head meat cutter. I helped drivers and night crew when needed. I worked under Tom Yeager; he trained me to be meat room supervisor. I owe quite a bit to him for where I am now.
What has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?
Help out when help is needed. Don’t over think anything, just put your head down and get the job done.
What are some of your hobbies/interests outside of work?
Hunting and fishing
