What do you enjoy most about working with your colleagues?

The sense of teamwork and community we’ve built together over the years

 

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Building relationships and helping our customers succeed

 

Do you have a favorite SFS event/tradition?

It’s taken me years to say this, but probably the food show. It takes a lot of effort, and we prepare all year for it, but it’s really rewarding to see all your hard work come together in a very tangible way.

 

What is the best piece of advice someone has given you?

Be a Q-tip. (Quit taking it personal) – Timm Barbolish

 

What’s your spirit animal, and why?

My dog, Penny. She’s a mini goldendoodle. She’s clever, sassy, and a little stubborn.

 

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

Traveling with my husband, playing with our dog, trying new restaurants

 

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

It’s on my bucket list to go to Germany for Oktoberfest. I also would like to travel Italy and learn more about my heritage.

 

Do you have any hobbies?

I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, yoga, and travel

 

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever eaten?

Probably pickled herring in Amsterdam.

 

What’s your favorite Halloween candy?

KitKats!
