  1. What drew you to this field, and how did you get started?

I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. I enjoy learning more about food and being on the cutting edge of this industry. I just love being in this business and having good relationships with my customers.

 

  1. What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

I always loved this business! I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. I did the Chef thing for about 6-7 years and then I wanted to be on this side. I feel that I can relate to my customers having been on the other side and knowing both front and back of the house. 

 

  1. What’s your go-to way to unwind and recharge after a busy week?

I like to spend time with my family on weekends and am always involved with their sports and activities.

 

  1. What is the best piece of advice someone has given you?

The best advice I ever received was from my District Manager when I first started. He said to always be there for your customers and always handle their issues as soon as you can.

 

  1. If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

One thing that I can always eat is pizza. I love pizza Fridays!
