Promotions Announcement
By Schiff's Food Service
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Warnagiris to VP of Operations. In this expanded leadership role, Justin will oversee all departments within the Operations division, with direct responsibility for aligning those departments and operational support functions under a unified strategy.

Justin’s journey with SFS began in 2005 in the freezer, and since then, he’s worn many hats—working in receiving, driving, and most recently leading as Transportation Manager. Since becoming Transportation Manager in 2017, Justin has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational insight, and a commitment to excellence. His deep understanding of our business, dedication to team development, and proven ability to drive efficiency, have made him an invaluable asset to our organization. His dedication and hands-on experience make him the perfect fit to lead our Operations division, uniting all departments under a shared vision for success.
In addition, we will be promoting Tom Martin from Lead to Transportation Manager within the department. Tom’s journey with Schiff’s Food Service began in 2016 as a driver, and since then, he’s gone above and beyond—covering night shifts, helping restock, and supporting our Easton team during their transition. In Justin’s absence, Tom has led the department with dedication and mutual respect, earning the trust of both staff and management.
Please join us in congratulating Justin and Tom on their well-deserved promotions. We are confident that their vision and leadership will continue to strengthen our operations and drive the future success of SFS.
