Years of Service Spotlight: Pete Rydlewski

Pete Rydlewski is a District Sales Manager. This February he is celebrating 10 years with SFS! Join us in congratulating him on his years of service.

1. What do you like most about the work we do here?

The employees. It’s very much a family, team environment. Everyone is involved and interested in creating the best outcomes for SFS and our customers.

 

2. What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?

 Higher multidimensional perspective understanding of everyday SFS departments and/or employee achievements from efforts made regularly to best satisfy our customers needs. 

 

3. What has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

 Listen. Stay respectful and positive. Make best the decision possible, then follow through as fast as possible.

 

4. What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?

Spending time with family and friends. I enjoy time outdoors with my dogs, hiking, and motorcycle riding.

 

5. We are in foodservice so…what’s your favorite food or meal?

Any type of interesting fusion inspired ideas.
