This year, our 2020 food & culinary expo will be held on April 28th from 9 am – 3 pm at Mount Airy Casino & Resort in Mount Pocono. Each year we look to bring the best of industry together in one place for our customers to experience a broad range of vendors and products, as well as to get the best possible deals, and explore the newest trends in the foodservice industry.
This year, with a new venue and new adventures, comes more new changes. We have partnered with Meal Ticket to provide us with a complete food show management platform. The most noticeable change this will bring is the elimination of “PAPER”. You, our customers, are able to register and check-in for the show digitally. Each booth at the food show will be equipped with an iPad, preloaded with each vendors’ buying deals. When you arrive at the booth, the vendor will be able to enter your account number and see which items you are already purchasing and which items you are not. In addition to taking your orders, vendors can also use the iPads to take notes on sample requests and generate leads.
The use of Meal Ticket eliminates the need for order forms, counting food show bucks, or any other paperwork every time a customer places an order.
